Toll Brothers' 67-unit condo at 205 Water Street has had a relatively easy ride of it so far, especially compared to other Toll Brothers efforts in Brooklyn. Will that continue once the project hits market? We have no idea. But we will have some idea after September, when, according to an update from the developer, the sales office will open.
The project's website, launched today, doesn't have much in the way of details. What we know from the Toll Brothers team: the building will have studios through three-bedrooms, and potential amenities include a landscaped terrace and "reflecting garden." Pricing will start in the upper $300,000s, to the building's benefit if anyone's deciding between 205 Water and the other Toll project starting sales this fall.
