Williamsburg's 390 Lorimer Street was looking gritty and only half alive last time we saw it. But, as promised, the stalled condo project finally resumed construction, and now it's almost ready for buyers. New name: ID390. Official on-the-market date: June 2, according to Crain's. But some listings are already up. Apartments?studios through 2BRs?range from 417 square feet to 1,094 square feet, with prices between $295,000 and $605,000. That doesn't reveal much about what the building's like, so hit it, brokerbabble:
A new loft inspired development built for those who never settle for less than the right denim, the right playlist and the right restaurant at the right time. Like no other, ID390 has modern locked in its DNA with sleek design, ahead-of-the-curve extras and a location at the intersection of what’s next and what’s now....
The modern doesn’t stop with the apartments at ID390. The amenities are spot on for complimenting your lifestyle too. You can pursue both fitness and flexibility in a gym and yoga room. A common courtyard is a hub for face-time with neighbors. And because we know outdoor space is key, all apartments at ID390 have a private roof top deck. Parking spaces are also available for purchase to make getaways and comebacks smoother. So, uh, will Williamsburg go for this? Not if the real-time Twitter review from one Williamsburg resident is any indication:
