The Skinny: This apartment is on the parlor floor of a pretty 25 foot wide townhouse, right off the park. It's got an impressive living room with that nice bay window and wood paneling. The master bedroom is pretty big, too. Given the size of the second bedroom, this place is probably best suited for a couple with a kid. The fact that the place has one small bathroom is kind of a bummer, though. So how much do you think this place is going for?
