Looks like there's a developer with enough cajones out there to take a stab at making a profit from One Madison Park. Ziel Feldman has agreed to pay $165M for the troubled tower, but needs to present a rescue plan to a bankruptcy court by June. That means he needs sales of around $2,500 per square foot in the building that's plagued with lawsuits and, perhaps worse, rentals. [NYO]
