Law firm Morrison & Foerster signed a letter of intent a few months ago to be the anchor tenant at 250 West 55th Street, the stalled glassy tower from architects SOM and developer Boston Properties. The project, planned in 2007, has been on ice since 2009. But now the deal's official, with the law firm signing a lease for 180,000 square feet, which means construction will actually happen.
