Derek Jeter's been thinking about leaving his condo at Trump World Tower since last fall, when he listed it for $20 million. In fact, he's already left, since he rented another apartment in the building to get away from a neighbor's noisy construction. Now he's looking for something a little farther away, and perhaps more permanent. The Post reports that Jeter's made two visits to the on-the-market penthouse at 15 Madison Square North. Since there's only one 2,577-square-foot 2BR duplex penthouse currently for sale in the building, we're guessing the object of Jeter's affection belongs to Bob Vila. The This Old House host paid $6 million for the place in 2009 and is trying to sell it for $5.7 million. Maybe he'll throw in a renovation for a little extra.
