There's an entire blog devoted to the demolition and construction at 31 West 15th Street, where the neighbors have been up in arms about a proposed condo-hotel project. Demolition at the site is almost complete, and Bird's Eye View has video of a construction vehicle falling over and then getting picked up, with much difficulty. "The operator fortunately was fine," a tipster writes, "but it's kind of fascinating to watch." Indeed it is. [BEV]
