A few months back in December we told you about the $27 million potential-combo at Central Park West's Harperley Hall. Well, it looks like it wasn't flying but things are moving in Madonna's old building. Unit 11AG just closed for $11,750,000. This 4 BR 3 BA unit was originally asking a high of $14,500,000 but we guess it needed some gentle price chopping to cut it down to size. Looks like they closed just in time to enjoy the terrace throughout the summer.
