It's almost pool season, and it looks like 247 Central Park West and its 60' lap pool are getting antsy waiting for a buyer. The price on the Upper West Side mansion owned by former Coach exec Keith Monda has just been chopped again, to $25 million. It's still well within the price range that would net Monda a profit, since he bought the place (seen in its full glory here) from Abigail Disney, Walt's grandniece, for $15.5 million in 2006. Even with the renovation Monda appears to have given the house, the price is well above the highest townhouse sales on the Upper West Side. In fact, the place might have better luck if it were moved over the UES and relisted at the same price.
