Our peek inside a very un-Brooklyn Heights Brooklyn Heights apartment was located at 322 Hicks Street, an odd little neighborhood newcomer. The full-floor loft-style condo sold for $1.4 million in 2005, and now, as a for-sale-by-owner re-sale, it didn't stump our PriceSpotters. There were several guesses around the original purchase price, but one commenter nearly hit the nail on the head with a guess of $1.7 million, adding, "They might get it. not too many condos in the heights. and comparable co-ops aren't really THAT much cheaper, and have insane CCs."
