There's a Hamptons Beach House in the Middle of MePa

Do our eyes deceive us, or has some cottage owner mistaken the cobblestone streets of the Meatpacking District for the rolling dunes of the east of Long Island? Actually, this curious sight is courtesy of Tommy Hilfiger, whose Prep World pop-up store has been planted in the Gansevoort Plaza. Racked National has an exhaustive look at what's inside, but we're more interested in the weirdness of this street scene. Will tottering clubbers try to crash in this house after last call? Sure beats driving back to Jersey.

In true preppy fashion, the name on the dog house is "Morgan." We could make a comment about how much the historic Meat Market has changed, but really, this type of stuff is just expected now, right?
