Are regular mega-apartments just not cutting it for you? Well, this might be your lucky day. The second floor of 640 Park Avenue just hit the market asking $23,500,000 for its 6,200 square feet. This wouldn't be too exciting if it weren't for the fact that the third floor has been languishing on the market for two years now, asking $24,500,000. You know what that means! We can only hope some super rich buyer with a taste for old-school class just goes all out and creates a 12,400 square foot 10 bedroom (low floor) masterpiece. We can dream, can't we? Oh yeah, hilariously named Ex-Lehman Brothers head Dick Fuld sold in the building as well. Good company? Unfortunately there's only one photo of the second floor (above) but no floorplan.
