HARLEM?Been a while since we've checked in on the Apex condos, the 44 apartments perched atop Harlem's Aloft hotel. A press release informs us the building is now 30 percent sold. And it's got a new concession: reduced common charges, to an average of $572 for 1BR. Which is...one of the more normal incentives we've seen. [CurbedWire Inbox]
