And that hardly counts, because the buyer threw it right back on the market for $12.9 million. It finally just sold for $13,300,000, $1.8 million over asking price, Real Estate Weekly reports. A bit of additional intel: a tipster points out that based on the LLC address on the deed and the name on the mortgage, it appears the buyer is Raymond Fidel, the CEO of DriveTime Automotive, a used car dealership catering to low income buyers.
