The Daily News is reporting that the Truman Capote house at 70 Willow Street in Brooklyn Heights has gotten two offers that are now under negotiation, according to Karen Heyman of Sotheby's. No word on any numbers yet, so we'll have to wait and see if they're significantly lower than the $15.9 million asking. Maybe the Remsen Street house wasn't that appealing after all. [NYDN]
