First Units at Noho's 41 Bond Hit the Market at $5M and Up

New, 5 comments

41 Bond Street teased us in May with a hint of a website (after teasing us for years with ownership and facade changes), and now the building's getting serious about bringing some buyers to Noho's most expensive block. The first listings are up on Corcoran Sunshine's website, and as we tend to do when we get excited, we've blown up the renderings and floorplans for the gallery above. Here's what we know about pricing: the least expensive unit listed so far is #2, at $5.025 million. The priciest is the penthouse, at $8.05 million. And speaking of the penthouse, the scaffolding is finally off the top of the building. We wandered by for a photo, also in the gallery. Bluestone's lookin' good!
Eventually, it's supposed to look something like this:

· Listings: 41 Bond Street [Corcoran Sunshine]
· Official website: 41 Bond []
