An addition to the list of folks who don't love the new rules for artists in city parks: Alexander Alhovsky, a professional clown who claims in a new lawsuit that he's been injured twice in the early morning mobs for artists' space at Central Park. And he's not clowning around (sorry): he claims his First Amendment rights were violated and wants damages. Some folks had a feeling this would happen. [NYP]
