The Post just did a piece branding Park Avenue between 32nd and 33rd Streets as "Silicon Avenue" because of the poppin' tech startup scene in the area. Their main case in point is the Gilt Groupe, which is valued at over $1 billion. Other areas? Well, "the two zip codes above Kips Bay -- 10017 and 10022 -- are also in the top 10 in terms of money raised since 2009.
