How Much for A Lofty 2 BR in Long Island City?

New, 18 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 2BR/2BA Condo on Hunter Street Between Jackson Avenue and Queensboro Plaza
Square Feet: 1,210
Maintenance/CC: $906
The Skinny: We haven't made it out to this neck of the woods in a while, so we figured we'd take a look and see what's out there in Long Island City. Here's a pretty spacious two bedroom apartment in a building with a part-time doorman and a 4,500 square foot roof deck. The finishings are pretty nice too, there's Viking and Sub-Zero appliances. Even his and her sinks! Not a bad view, either. So, how much for this slice of Queens living?
