Ding ding ding, we have a winner. Guest number 9 properly guessed the asking price of $995,000 for this two bedroom unit in LIC. There were a couple of guesses in the 700's and one as high as $1.2M. Several people still don't seem sold on the idea of living in Long Island City and said the apartment is overpriced before even knowing what it was asking. Now that we do know the asking, we can indeed say that it is a little high for our taste. Oh well, if you're not a LIC hater you might want to call the broker now because judging by his photo he is a very busy man.
