How a 4,000-Square-Foot Tribeca Loft Gets Totally Redone

New, 16 comments

We find it hard to believe a 4,000-square-foot Tribeca loft?with half of that square footage being a private rooftop terrace?could ever look bad. But there's always room for improvement. As at this Tribeca loft recently redone by nemaworkshop to show off "the exposed timber structure with natural light and rustic barn wood architectural elements." Above, a few before shots and what the architects did with the place. We do love a good set of bookshelves.
