Asking: $1,325,000

A lot of people were close, but not quite right with their guesses on this Greenwich Village penthouse. The closest was $1.4M, so that's not too far off from the ask of $1,325,000. Although to that commenter's credit we should point out that this place originally hit the market asking $1.399M. The highest guess was $1.75M, which the sellers are probably glad to hear. Slightly more than $1,000 per sq ft in this part of town sounds about right to us even if that big spoon in the kitchen makes some people uncomfortable.
