The segregation in affordable housing lawsuit that hit Westchester two years ago is rearing its head again, with an NYC nonprofit asking a NYC district court to enforce the lawsuit's settlement. The organization, the Anti-Discrimination Center, claims Westchester is still failing to enforce fair-housing laws; the county says it's ahead of the schedule the settlement called for in creating affordable housing.
