The segregation in affordable housing lawsuit that hit Westchester two years ago is rearing its head again, with an NYC nonprofit asking a NYC district court to enforce the lawsuit's settlement. The organization, the Anti-Discrimination Center, claims Westchester is still failing to enforce fair-housing laws; the county says it's ahead of the schedule the settlement called for in creating affordable housing. But the county hasn't yet provided the required documents explaining how it plans to deal with its affordable housing holdup. Don't make the court come up there. [WSJ; previously]
