Plans for affordable housing at the 237 Convent Avenue location of Alexander Hamilton's house, Hamilton Grange, has got some locals in a tizzy. They say the spot is too small for an affordable housing building and should be used for a visitor's center or green space for the neighborhood. There's also a pesky two-story building height limit on the spot, but it seems like that can be circumvented. This is what happens when pigs fly. [DNAinfo]
