We haven't been following 537 West 27th Street much, but its presence hasn't gone unnoticed since these rentals hit the market. The building, dubbed The Chelsea Muse, is located on 27th Street between 10th and 11th Avenues and is boasting its proximity to the High Line and Chelsea's galleries as being a primary draw. Inside the building the units look tasteful if a bit underwhelming, judging from the photos. Obviously, this being a Chelsea luxury rental there are amenities including on site laundry, virtual doorman, common terrace and a gym. Units start at $2,499/month for a 485 square foot studio and climb all the way up to $6,900/month for a 1,293 square foot two-bedroom with terrace. The building has 28 units and occupancy is set to begin August 1, meaning renters for the terraced apartments will just catch the tail end of summer.
