Looks like two people guessed correctly this week. Congratulations misterajp. Guest number 3 you were right too but unfortunately we can't give you the, er, prize you requested. Anyway, if this pricespotter looks familiar to you it's because this is its second go at it. Back in 2008 this place was asking $2.495M but hasn't had any luck since then. This new asking price of $2,200,000 can't be totally out of this world since that's how much Canadian actors Paul Gross and Martha Burns bought the unit upstairs for. Let's hope we don't see this apartment again here in three years.
