Okay, we're convinced: trophy property collector Michael Hirtenstein can do anything with a piece of real estate. The man spent $16.5 million on five combined condos at Tribeca's One York, after threatening to walk away from a $35 million deal for the same units. Then he snapped up another Curbed favorite, the biblical townhouse at 92 Charles Street, for $13.5 million. And that's where our story picks up. The Post reports that the Big Hirt is about to flip the property (to an unknown buyer) for $18.65 million. That's a neat $5 million profit, and unlike most such deals, we really do mean profit: the buyer paid all cash and there were no brokers involved.
