We know 211 23rd Street best for its "What's 21123?" guerrilla marketing campaign. The ads are long gone, but the building's still working on sales, so it's time for a new marketing tactic: "In a variation of the old sandwich board display, rollerbladers will be singing the praises of 211 23rd Street by entertaining the public during the hours of the open houses in Park Slope on 5th and 7th avenues and directing people to the property" this weekend.
