Rich Batchelder spends most of the year living on his tugboat, which he recently docked at Chelsea Piers for a four day stop. He's slowly making his way north, to Block Island, R.I. where he and his wife spend summers. His experience in NY hasn't been the best though, he says “For a city that was built with ships and boats, it’s become awfully hard to tie one up.” Are we becoming an anti-tugboat city? [NYT]
