Attached are a few pictures of my private cabana (571 sq. ft.) atop 70 Washington St. in DUMBO. It was designed with a South Beach aesthetic by the same firm that did Esquire House and Classic Car Club of Manhattan. Fancy! How does it stack up against the other four nominees?
