Any outdated features of the Waldorf-Astoria haven't prevented the building from commanding some pretty tremendous rents, including a $210,000/month six-month lease for seven apartments that set a city record. But the hotel is still getting a renovation that will cost hundreds of millions of dollars, according to the Post.
