Here now, via Vanishing New York, an actual rendering! "It looks a lot like Avalon's giant glass boxes on the Bowery," VNY notes. The estimated unit count of 700+ is also a little higher than we were expecting, but hey, if we were coming back from the dead, we'd try to make the most of that High Line location, too.
