The Skinny: Though it's not as exciting as its neighbors to the south or as posh as its neighbors to the north, Murray Hill can still provide some pretty good values to lure in buyers. This apartment caught our eyes, with its big windows, nice layout, and that arch in the gallery is pretty magnificent as well. 23 feet facing Park Avenue is pretty nice, and there definitely isn't a shortage of closets in here. So, how much for an 850 square foot one bedroom in a doorman building in Murray Hill?
