Did you know there's a gang of feral cats that call the San Remo their home? Well, the courtyard of the building, at least. Back in the 90's, there were 75 feral cats living in the building's courtyard wreaking haoc by peeing and mating all over the damn place. Through a humane kitty control program, that number is all the way down to 10 now. That must also mean the building's crazy cat lady population is dangerously low.
