How Much for a Townhouse Duplex in Brooklyn Heights?

New, 15 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 2.5BR/2.5BA co-op on Pierrepont Street
Square Feet: 1,900
Maintenance/CC: $1,750
The Skinny: Here's a classy one. This townhouse duplex in prime Brooklyn Heights is a good opportunity for someone who wants to own in the Heights but doesn't have enough dough for a full townhouse, and for whatever reason isn't drawn to the apartment buildings in the area. It looks like it's in pretty good condition and there's even a private 400 square foot terrace to sweeten the deal. The kitchen looks a little cramped though, at least in comparison to the spacious foyer and living area. So how much for this slice of history, steps from the Brooklyn Heights promenade?
