Toy titans Al and Patsy Kahn paid $8 million for Bernie Madoff's 133 East 64th Street penthouse last year, down from its original asking price of $9.9 million. That seems like a hefty PriceChop?until it's compared to the epic cuts off the top at the Time Warner Center condo the Kahns have been trying to unload ever since. They originally listed it for $33.6 million, but had to cut the price to $24.95 million before finding a buyer. The deal has finally closed, according to the Post, and the 62nd-floor condo (above) went for around $20.5 million. Maybe those karma worries weren't unfounded.
