"No matter how many Curbed banner ads, telephone booth and other advertisements I see for this 'MiMa' building, it will NEVER be in the 'middle of Manhattan.' Both physical and cultural geography preclude this from ever being the case. Further, if you're into the whole luxury building with amenities thing, but can only afford it at the cost of giving up prime location, why not rent a far superior unit in FiDi at a significant discount? FiDi is actually turning into a prime neighborhood."?anon [Archicritics]
