The rental building has 124 units, and we see a few rentals in the building currently on the market, from a studio for $2,200/month to a 2BR asking $3,900/month. According to our tipster, 400 East 58th Street will be sold with another, unidentified building. Given the Sutton Place-ish location of #400, reconfigured condos in the building might actually fetch some decent prices. Anyone got any other intel?
