Developer Patrick Thompson resurrected Shaya Boymelgreen's plan for the rundown RKO Keith's Theatre in Flushing back in January, with a few modifications that added more rentals and more parking. The Board of Standards and Appeals has officially?and unanimously?approved those changes, according to Crain's, which means Flushing will be seeing the Studio V-designed rental conversion above, maybe as soon as 2013. The building will have 357 market-rate rental units, 360 parking spaces, and the original theater's three-story lobby. Excited, Flushing?
