Only one listing came in close to the ask (with a guess of $999,000), and the rest were lowballs, which doesn't spell great results for the resale of this place. It last changed hands for $670,000 in 2004 and is billing itself this time around as "the perfect pied-a-terre." But if the ask doesn't satisfy, the place seems to come on the market every year or three, so better luck next time.
