"The lower floors of these buildings are impacted just the same way any low floor building facing a park is. On the higher floors you don't feel it at all. I stood on a higher floor of HL23 the other day and I thought it was very, very charming. Privacy-wise, there are hundreds of options to treat this beautifully. At these prices everybody does beautiful window treatments regardless.
