A 54-story residential tower is being planned for 111 Washington Street, two blocks away from the World Trade Center site, and the 500 units will be a mix of studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. We also glean some background on the recently-founded brokerage firm, Pink Stone Capital, whose main man Richard Ohebshalom is the spawn of Empire Management's Fred Ohebshalom.
