Robert De Niro Asks $14 Million for West Village Townhouse

New, 17 comments

Actor Robert de Niro has owned the townhouse at 14 Saint Luke's Place for 30 years, even as he's bought and just looked elsewhere. Now he's finally ready to move on from his 22-foot-wide, 5BR, 3.5BA West Village palace: it's on the market for $14 million, The Real Deal notes. It's listed, of course, with none other than De Niro's son, Elliman broker Raphael De Niro. As for what the house has going for it other than a celebrity connection, there's a "secluded private garden" and a terrace. No interior pics have found their way online yet.
