The 13th- and 14th-floor duplex at 834 Fifth Avenue owned by Broadway producer/director Hal Prince is finally ending its run. The place found a buyer in May, and now that the deal has made its way into public record, we know that the final sale price was $24.9 million and the buyer was Blackstone president Tony James.
