New, 1 comment

HARLEM?Harlem's 88 Morningside was the top-selling new development in Harlem over the last four quarters, and now the manly condo has received its TCO. Closings should start in late August. There are 32 units left, asking $415,000 to $880,000. [CurbedWire Inbox]

UPPER EAST SIDE?French presidential half-brother Oliver Sarkozy has been trying to sell his townhouse at 407 East 75th Street for more than a year. He's made several PriceChops already, and the latest takes the price down to $8.995 million. Sarkozy spent $6.75 million to buy the place from photographer Richard Avedon in 2005 and then renovated it, so it's not clear how much of a profit he still stands to make. [CurbedWire Inbox]
