Architect Karl Fischer and developer Shaky Cohen are on something of a roll lately. The pair that brought us 263 Bowery and is soon to bring us 255 Bowery has another collaboration in the works, according to EV Grieve: the formerly stalled 427 East 12th Street. Is Fischer's involvement a fair price to pay for the resurrection of a long-stalled project? DOB permits show that a six-story, 11-unit residential building will be coming to the spot, which appears to have been the plan since before Fischer came on board. Anyone have any intel on the design?
