Well, if Corcoran superbroker Carrie Chiang has her way that number would be precisely $19,500,000. It's a lot of money, but that is also a ton of square footage. The interiors look nice and clean, but everything seems pretty sterile and it doesn't have a lot of character. Back in 2008 this place sold for a fraction of its current asking price, $5,800,000. Think someone will bite? We suspect the ask is going to come down, one way or another.
