(He bought the apartment for $1.4 million in 2003 and added the second level.) Apparently watching LaBeouf lounge around the place?which has an indoor entertainment area with wet bar, a 3,300-square-foot wrap terrace, a floating staircase, and plenty of wood-burning fireplaces?did the trick. The Post reports the property has found a buyer, another anonymous financier, for "close to" the $15M ask. Greed is good.
