Remember this room? It's the Moroccan-themed "Good Times Room" in apartment #4A of 510 Park Avenue. The "fabulous retro style" of the room includes tenting and a wet bar, all in a package that was asking $7.5 million and then $7.25 million. Whatever questionable interior design choices may have been made here, it takes more than trippy tenting to keep buyers out of Gold Coast co-ops. So we're only mildly surprised to see the final closing price for this unit: $7.075 million, to a buyer who already has a place at 791 Park. Good times!
