Architect Jean Nouvel's riverside pavilion: better late than never! Brownstoner spotted the steel skeleton being fitted with glass panels this morning, and though Jane's Carousel has yet to appear, Pier One is already looking a bit spiffier. And hey, if Nouvel's plaything on West 53rd never sees the light of day, he can comfort himself with a pony ride come fall.
